To start the pilot have a Qarma account, Qarma needs to receive some order information from the customer. To get started Qarma recommends getting this in an Excel or CSV file. On a long run there are multiple different ways to handle data coming to Qarma we aim for an automatic data flow from customer to their Qarma account. Qarma can receive/pick up datat in various ways such as data integrations with customer ERP, PLM etc., however for the pilot we always run with an EXCEL or CSV file extract.
