All access inside Qarma is based on user roles and permissions. Therefor

When starting in Qarma is needed to know who from the customer will have following role:

  • Project Manager

  • Data Manager

  • QC Manager

  • Supplier/QC/Third party

Therefore its crucial that the customer knows who needs to be part of the pilot and what role/permission should they have inside Qarma.

To create users inside Qarma we need to knowbelow information is needed:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Role

Admin

Has access to all features and inspections

Local Admin

Similar to Admin, but can be more limited in features and inspection access

Report Watcher

Gets a notification on email everytime a report is made, can access the emails they are watchers on

Inspector

Can perform inspections

Supplier inspector

Can perform inspections on a specific supplier

Supplier

Can see own inspections and reports

Customer with only access to own inspection and reports

Furthermore it is possible to limit access to inspections based on groups. A user can have a group (or several). The groups can be created when importing order data based on, as an example, country of origin. All suppliers in Qarma will have their own group. Therefore access can be limited through those groups as well. Access control in Qarma can be customized to the level that the customer needs in their processes and organization.
