Users and Watchers

All access inside Qarma is based on user roles and permissions.

Therefor its crucial that the customer knows who needs to be part of the pilot and what role/permission should they have inside Qarma.

To create users inside Qarma we need to know:

• First name

• Last name

• Email

• Role

When a Qarma Account is built for a customer, its always built with following standard roles:
However Qarma can be customized on the roles and permissions pr customer

• Admin
  Has access to all features and inspections

• Local Admin
  Similar to Admin, but can be more limited in features and inspection access

• Report Watcher
  Gets a notification on email everytime a report is made, can access the emails they are watchers on

• Inspector
  Can perform inspections

• Supplier inspector
  Can perform inspections on a specific supplier

• Supplier

• External

• User
