When a customer is onboarded to the Qarma Quality Module there are elements that we need to know and set in collaboration with the customer. Each customer will have a dedicated project manager assigned that will help guide and stear the onboarding.
To build a Qarma account and set up all the details, we always request the customer to study through below pages of information prior to the kick off meeting.
