Watcher and Approval flow

In Qarma we can help set up a specific flow for notifications and approvals.

In the begining of onboarding we always suggest that the project manager is set as watcher on all reports to get familiar with the flow and track the actions.

Watchers:

User will receive an email when an inspectionthey are assigned as a watcher on is submitted by the inspector. We can specify the cases of when a notification should be sent.

Examples:

1. User 1 should be watcher on all inspections from supplier A, B and C, but only get notification if inspection conclusion is rejected.

2. User 2 should be watcher on all inspections where user is the buyer on the order, and get notification every time an inspection is done no matter the conclusion

Approval flow:

If an approval flow is needed, that can be customized to fit a workflow which is suitable for the customer. When a user is approver on an inspection, they will get a notification once the inspection is done. The approver has the final say in the conclusion of the inspection report. The inspection will be in the status pending until the approver have taken action.

Examples:

1. User 1 should be approver on all inspections from supplier A, B and C

2. User 2 should be approver on all inspections where user is the buyer on the order
