Inspection types

Qarma Quality takes customer orders and turns them into inspections inside Qarma. The inspection types and flows can be modified to fit the needs and preferences of the customer to match current processes

Some of the most frequently seen inspection types include:

• Pre-production

• Inline

• Final

• Container loading

• Warehouse

However we also see furniture companies separating the inline inspection workstations along the production line such as:

• White wood

• Cutting

• Sanding

• Finishing

• Assembly

• Packing

The inspections chosen by the customer, can be set up based on various requirements related to either supplier, product specification etc. An example could be that all sofas needs inline, final and container load inspections where as tables need pre production, inline and final inspections.

For the onboarding period, we usually suggest customers to limit the scope to a simple flow to get started. As customer and users get more familiar with Qarma, scope and account can be more and more detailed in set up.
